We take good care of your investment property by being hands on whenever required to meet and greet happy holiday makers to your unit/house,

organsing all the cleaning, linen and amenities.

We will list your property on the best sites to gain as many bookings as possible for you, not only that we list on our facebook page and this website for easy direct bookings.

We are a local company based in Noosaville and know the region very well.

Further more if you need any renovations we can also organise this for you and supervise the entire project and interior design your place for you.

We understand how hard it is being interstate or overseas so let us take the stress off you.

Services & Costs

Create and Manage all bookings through numerous sites

Organise photography, copywriting and setup of your place ready to rent out

Meet and Greet Guests on arrival if this is required where a key lock can not be installed

Coordinate cleaners and Linen

Restocking amenities

Check for breakages and replace

Organise and book trades people for small or large renovation work

Interior Decorate

Full statement of accounts each month and financial year end statement

Fees:

Commission based per stay (excluding cleaning fees and personal stays)

Additional Costs for other booking site commissions, trades, cleaning, linen, amenities and set up fee.
